The DSA has launched an improved online practical test booking service that makes it simpler, clearer and faster to book and manage tests. Improvements to the service now offers the following benefits.

• doesn’t ask for a theory test pass certificate number unless it can’t find one on the system
• offers better help so users know what they need to do
